Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

WE'VE MOVED. PLEASE NOTE THE NEW LOCATION. We are excited to remain in Huntington Beach, in the PranaMedics office, not far from our previous location. Please give yourself a few extra minutes to find us and see below for details on getting there. 

In a sound bath or sound meditation, the vibration of the sounds connects with the vibration of your body. This practice reduces stress, leaves you with a massage-like effect, and allows you to achieve a higher state of consciousness. Combine that with a guided meditation from Nikki and aromatherapy, and you have an energetic trifecta of awesome! 

Dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any other comforts to lay on the floor. There are a few chairs available if you prefer to sit up.

Parking and the building entrance are off Stark Drive in the building behind the AAA Auto Club. Although the address is Beach Blvd, the physical building is actually off of Stark and Beach in the back buildings. Turn east onto Stark, then turn left into the last driveway for the office building complex (you will see an apartment complex on the other side of the cinder block wall). The building is toward the back of the parking lot.
