About The Event
In a sound bath or sound meditation, the vibration of the sounds connects with the vibration of your body. This practice reduces stress, leaves you with a massage-like effect, and allows you to achieve a higher state of consciousness. Combine that with a guided meditation from Nikki and aromatherapy, and you have an energetic trifecta of awesome!
Dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow to lay on the floor. Chairs and floor chairs will be available if you prefer to sit up.
