In the tarot, the Star card represents the symbolic archetype of the guiding light. Light is a source of hope, faith and divine guidance.
From the personal to the collective, many of us are feeling discouraged, helpless, weary and either in or bordering on despair. Hope is a powerful antidote for these times. Hope and healing are inextricably linked. Many of us need hope to reach for healing. And when we can access healing, our hope is strengthened. Healing is not about curing what ails us, it’s about restoring our wholeness and bringing us a sense of inner peace. When we follow the threads of hope, we can guide ourselves (and others) out of despair and into a state of healing.
Mats, bolsters and blankets available at the studio for use, or feel free to bring your own sound bath comforts. Bring water and a journal (optional).
