Life is complicated, and we’re the ones mucking it up. We create complicated situations, relationships and events by attaching meaning to absolutely everything. We bring baggage by staying attached to our stories, our family patterns and our history. Living on autopilot keeps us trapped in an endless cycle of stress, anxiety, frustration and longing for a better life.


But what if you could live a life with more ease, where things miraculously go your way? It doesn’t take a miracle, but it does require your attention. By addressing your beliefs, family systems and patterns, becoming aware of how the choices you make affect your life, and being present with your daily activities, you can transform your life into one where you aren’t just going through the motions, but living. Sounds simple, right? It can be with the help of a coach to guide you and hold you accountable.

Who is coaching for?

In short, YOU, if any of this applies to you:

  • I’ve experienced a trauma or major life event - job change, marriage, kids (new ones or kids leaving), death of a loved one, divorce/relationship break-up, moving, financial stress, legal issues, addiction, abuse, crime, accident, illness, or natural disaster. 

  • I'm constantly in pain or sick.

  • My life looks pretty good on the outside, but something’s not quite right. I’m stuck.

  • I feel like I’m living two separate lives, one at work and one at home.

  • Something has to change, but I don’t know where to start.

  • I keep doing the same unsatisfying thing over and over.

  • My self confidence is in the toilet.

  • My life is “meh."

Personal coaching can heal past hurts and traumas, improve self confidence and self worth, allow you to see situations more clearly, address challenges more easily, and lead you to living an authentic life, where you can just be yourself. Family Constellation Therapy is an experiential treatment that looks at how your family systems, patterns and ancestral experiences affect your life today, then focuses on resolving relationships that are out of balance and healing family issues. I love using Family Constellations to uncover and heal issues, and based on your needs, we can bring in other mindset coaching methods to support your transformation.

Sound meditation, also called sound bath or sound healing, is a practice of connecting with the body vibrationally through sound. You get comfortable and chill, and I do the work to bathe you in relaxing sounds to reduce stress and anxiety, massage your body with the vibrations, and help you achieve a higher state of consciousness. Sound has also proven to have healing powers, but I’m not a doctor, so I’ll let you come to your own conclusions on that.
